|Recommended: NoDisappointed — My first year here was perfect. Now that its time to renew my lease, im seeing issues. Ive been without my dryer for 13 days. And my air condition hasnt worked properly for almost 2 weeks, on the hottest days of the year so far. At this point, no I wouldn't recommend anyone move here.

|Recommended: YesInitial Move In — Deanna was very helpful and friendly. The apartment itself is spacious, and the location is exceptional. However, upon the initial inspection I noted several issues, including the garbage disposal not working, the dishwasher leaking, and several knicks, scratches, and stains on the walls and cabinets. My first time using the washing machine, water flooded the apartment and leaked into the unit below me. Maintenance came before I even had a chance to call and fixed the leak. Then, after rewashing the load I discovered that the dryer did not dry my clothes. Even after 4 uses the clothes were still damp. This is disappointing as the washer and dryer were the main reasons for selecting these apartments. The doorbell intercom for the penthouse unit doesn’t work, making it hard to hear when people are at the door. I am looking into purchasing my own, but this is disappointing because the intercom was advertised to us during the tour. It is quiet in our apartment, even with neighbors blasting music. You can hear it in the hallway, but not in our apartment. It’s also been quiet outside. Walking our dog is a little challenging because the sidewalks don’t extend past entrances to the buildings. Not the best experience moving in, but I think once the issues get fixed we’ll like it here.

|Recommended: YesGreat place. — I recently moved here after having a really frustrating experience at my previous apartment, and the difference has been night and day. This community has been amazing so far. Parking is easy and maintenance has been quick and reliable whenever I’ve needed help. The overall experience has been smooth and stress-free. I’m really happy I made the move and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a better living situation.

When my a c went out last summer during the worst heat, I was treated terrible by the staff and it took several days to get fixed. It was only fixed because I personally had someone take a look at it and replaced a 40 part and had it completed in 30 minutes. No one showed empathy or any resolution at the time.
This is not staff related but I'm tired of people not picking up after their dog - even in the dog park.
Why are the pickle ball courts locked in the summer
The racoons always go 1 and 2 on my third floor patio. It's disgusting and I don't know what to do to keep them from doing that. Any tips
The electric bill is insanely expensive. I keep my heat at 67 and still pay almost 350 for my apartment. AES sucks.
My windows are terrible and could be part of the problem. I can't even open the window in my bedroom. God forbid there be a fire and I'm trapped. I did submit a ticket awhile ago and will follow with that.

|Recommended: NoReview — Parking Availability - Difficult to find parking post 4 pm on weekdays near the apartment.
Maintenance Staff - Maintenance is very slow and never follows up.
Construction Quality - Windows and Doors leak air and is not addressed by maintenance in months now.
Grounds Cleanliness - Post construction or repair work, found nails and screws lying around. Had a flat tire thrice in the last 6 months.
